Vegan Parmesan

An easy vegan parmesan cheese that is perfect for topping pizzas, pasta, or your favorite Buddha bowls!

Ingredients (10 servings)

  • 1/2 cup Cashews
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Hemp seeds, hulled

Instructions

  1. Pulse the Base Ingredients
    Add the cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a food processor. Pulse the ingredients until you achieve a crumbly texture, similar to grated parmesan cheese.
  2. Incorporate the Hemp Seeds
    Next, stir in the hemp seeds, and your vegan parmesan is ready!
  3. Refrigerate for Up to a Month
    Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where it can be kept fresh for up to a month.
