Plantiful's Terms & Conditions. Learn about Subscriptions, Refunds or any change of terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the PLANTIFUL mobile application (the “Service”) operated by PLANTIFUL (“us”, “we”, or ”our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you (hereinafter the “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis or a yearly basis, when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or PLANTIFUL cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by going to iOS Settings > Subscriptions.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. All in-app purchases are handled through the Apple App Store.

Fee changes

PLANTIFUL, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Changes to this terms

If we decide to change our terms, we will post those changes on this page and update the terms & conditions modification date.

We shall endeavor to ensure a high availability and reliability of PLANTIFUL (“best effort”). However, we can expressly not guarantee that PLANTIFUL or individual features of PLANTIFUL are continuously, at any time and/or fully available. We recommend the User to perform a regular data backup of his/her smartphone including PLANTIFUL.

The User shall not be legally entitled to use PLANTIFUL. We may discontinue its providing of PLANTIFUL or exclude the User from using PLANTIFUL at any time without stating any reasons. We may change PLANTIFUL at any time without stating any reasons, in particular with regard to paid functionalities, if any.
