Ingredients (2 servings)
Guacamole
- 1 fruit Avocado, raw (ripe)
- 1/2 fruit Lime juice
- 2 stalks Green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp, ground Coriander seed
To serve
- 2 slice Sourdough Bread
- 1/2 cup, cherry Tomatoes, raw (chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp, whole Black cumin
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (toasted)

Toast the bread
Toast your bread until golden and firm. -
Prepare the Guacamole
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mesh the avocado with a fork until it’s smooth as you like it. Mix in the lime juice, green onion, salt and coriander. - Spread Guacamole on top of your toasts and top with tomatoes, black cumin and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
