  1. Prepare for Baking
    Preheat the oven to 175 C (350 F) and spread the pistachios in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast the Pistachios
    Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 6-8 minutes, until fragrant but not yet browned. Allow the pistachios to cool.
  3. Blend the Pistachios
    Transfer the roasted pistachios to a food processor or a high-powered blender. Begin blending the pistachios until they break down into a coarse, crumbly mixture.
  4. Blend Until Smooth
    Blend the pistachios for around 5-7 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency.

  5. To Store
