Although you can experiment with spices and flavors like adding a pinch of salt, maple syrup, or even cinnamon, I find that the basic recipe works best. It’s incredibly versatile and can be used in various recipes, including savory dishes!
Quality Peanuts: Start with high-quality unsalted peanuts that you can roast yourself.
Roasting: Ensuring the peanuts roast evenly is crucial. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven until they attain a beautiful golden brown color. Shake the pan occasionally for uniform roasting. It typically takes 10-15 minutes at 175°C, but keep an eye on them as roasting times may vary.
