Matcha Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are a superfood that is quite easy to Incorporate into the diet and this recipe is here to prove it. It only needs 4 basic ingredients and I bet no matcha lover would resist it!

This recipe keeps for 4 days

Ingredients (3 servings)

Pudding

  • 2 tsp Matcha green Tea Powder
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup Oat milk (any plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds

Toppings

  • 6 medium Strawberries, raw
  • 6 tbsp Yogurt, coconut

Instructions

  1. First, whisk together the matcha powder, maple syrup and plant-based milk until well combined.
  2. Next, add the chia seeds and stir everything together. Let the pudding sit for 10 to 15 minutes and give it another mix, to even out the mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
  4. Divide between serving bowls and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
  5. How to store
    Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 4 days
