Ingredients (3 servings)
Pudding
- 2 tsp Matcha green Tea Powder
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cup Oat milk (any plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
Toppings
- 6 medium Strawberries, raw
- 6 tbsp Yogurt, coconut

Instructions
- First, whisk together the matcha powder, maple syrup and plant-based milk until well combined.
- Next, add the chia seeds and stir everything together. Let the pudding sit for 10 to 15 minutes and give it another mix, to even out the mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
- Divide between serving bowls and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
