Mango Nice Cream

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 1/3 cup, chunks Mango, frozen
  • 2/3 cup, chunks Banana, frozen
  • 6 tbsp Oat milk (any plant based milk)

  1. Pulse the frozen fruits
    Add the frozen banana and mango chunks to a high speed food processor. Pulse until the fruits start to break down and pieces become small enough to process at high speed.
  2. Blend until smooth
    Process at high speed. When necessary, stop the food processor, scrape down the sides with a spatula and stir. Add milk, by the tablespoon, adding only as much liquid as necessary. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide between serving bowls and enjoy fresh!
