Layered Strawberry Chia Pudding

This layered strawberry chia pudding is the perfect all natural, healthy recipe to make you feel your best!

Ingredients (2 servings)

Pudding

  • 400 g Strawberries, raw
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Yogurt, soy

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries with maple syrup until smooth. The easiest way to blend small quantities of this kind is to process them in a small food processor or in a narrow vessel using a vertical stick blender.
  2. Next, add the chia seeds and stir everything together. Let the pudding sit for 10 to 15 minutes and give it another mix, to even out the mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  4. To assemble, layer the yogurt and chia pudding in a tall, clear glass. Enjoy!
