- 400 g Strawberries, raw
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 cup Yogurt, soy

Instructions
- Blend strawberries with maple syrup until smooth. The easiest way to blend small quantities of this kind is to process them in a small food processor or in a narrow vessel using a vertical stick blender.
- Next, add the chia seeds and stir everything together. Let the pudding sit for 10 to 15 minutes and give it another mix, to even out the mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- To assemble, layer the yogurt and chia pudding in a tall, clear glass. Enjoy!
