Flax Egg

Flax eggs are a great vegan alternative for eggs when baking cookies or flour based recipes that require no more than two eggs.

Flax eggs work well in cookies, pancakes, burger buns, burger patties or hash browns.

  • 1 tbsp, ground Flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp Water

  1. Whisk together the flax seeds and water in a small mixing bowl, until well combined. Let the mixture rest for 5 - 10 minutes to thicken. Done!
