- 2 cup Rolled oats
- 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 cup, whole Hazelnuts
- 5 tbsp Hazelnut butter
- 5 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions

Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Baking Sheet
Preheat your oven to 170 C (340 F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cacao powder, salt and hazelnuts. -
Incorporate Wet Ingredients
Next, add the hazelnut butter and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated. -
Spread the Mixture into a Thin Layer
Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating an even, thin layer. -
Bake for 20 Minutes
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes. There’s no need to toss the granola during baking. -
Cool Completely and Break Into Pieces
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely. Break the cooled granola into desired crunchy pieces. -
Store for Up to 3 Weeks
Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature. It will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks.
