Chocolate Chia Pudding

Another popular ingredient among the superfoods is chia. Chia seeds are pretty easy to incorporate into the diet and this recipe is here to prove it. It requires just 4 basic ingredients and I bet no chocolate lover would resist it!

This recipe keeps for 4 days

Ingredients (3 servings)

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup Oat milk (any plant based milk)
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds

  1. First, mix together the cocoa powder and maple syrup.
  2. Next, pour in the plant based milk, little by little and whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the chia seeds and stir everything together. Let the pudding sit for 10 - 15 minutes and give it another mix, to even out the mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
  5. Divide between serving bowls and enjoy with your favourite toppings.
  6. How to store
    Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 4 days.
