Instructions

  1. Soak the cashew
    First up, soak the cashews in warm water for at least 2 hours.
    Option: To speed up the process, cover cashews in boiling water and let them sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the cream
    Combine the water and soaked cashews in a narrow vessel and process using a vertical stick blender, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. How to store
    Cashew cream keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
