Ingredients (6 servings)

  • 3/4 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the Coconut Sugar
    In a saucepan, melt the coconut sugar over medium heat for about 3 minutes until it’s mostly melted.
  2. Incorporate the Coconut Milk
    Then, lower the heat and add the coconut milk.
  3. Simmer for 15 Minutes
    Let it simmer over low heat for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Refrigerate for Up to 7 Days
    Refrigerate your caramel for 7 days. Mine always disappears long before then, and I imagine yours will too!
