- 3/4 cup Coconut sugar
- 1 cup Coconut cream

Melt the Coconut Sugar
In a saucepan, melt the coconut sugar over medium heat for about 3 minutes until it’s mostly melted. -
Incorporate the Coconut Milk
Then, lower the heat and add the coconut milk. -
Simmer for 15 Minutes
Let it simmer over low heat for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. -
Refrigerate for Up to 7 Days
Refrigerate your caramel for 7 days. Mine always disappears long before then, and I imagine yours will too!
